Jenny Hope
Airline Management Expert
Jenny’s love of aviation began back in 1993 with Alpha Flight Services on the student placement programme, working in all areas of the business from running the production line, managing food safety and organising menu presentations.
After her degree, she secured a position working for holiday airline Britannia Airways (now TUI) and enjoyed a career spanning more than 12 years. During her time at TUI, Jenny worked in a number of senior roles across the airline including Passenger Services Manager, Head of Inflight Supply, Head of Operations and Head of Cabin Crew. In these roles, she delivered improvements in products and customer service onboard whilst also delivering significant cost savings.
Jenny then moved to Virgin Atlantic where she was Head of Crew Training and then Head of Cabin Services. In these senior leadership roles, Jenny implemented a comprehensive crew engagement programme to develop even greater levels of customer service in an airline with a highly reputable brand.
Since leaving Virgin, Jenny has enjoyed raising her family during a period of extended maternity leave. During this break, Jenny kept herself busy by consulting for a high end events company and by taking on a number of voluntary roles, most recently as Chairman of a large grassroots football club!
Jenny’s success in many senior leadership roles is underpinned by her passion for customer service and operational excellence. A natural ‘people person,’ Jenny enjoys working collaboratively to bring out the best in others and has a proven track record of driving and leading teams to deliver results.
