Lance Hayward is the MD and founder of The Hayward Partnership incorporated on the 31st July 2014. 

 

He is also a Non-Executive Director with Ireland Craft Beverages and Creative Nature. Previous NED roles were held with Gastro Culinary Innovation and Heinemann-Scorpio International Holdings. 

 

In addition, he is on the judging panels of the prestigious West London Business Awards and Onboard Hospitality Awards and supports Oxford Brookes University’s Business School Faculty with their MBA programmes and Entrepreneurship modules.  

 

He has had over 30 years of airline catering and retail experience with a proven track record in a wide range of disciplines including, Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Post-Merger Integration, Sales & Business Development, Customer Services and Operations

 

Notable positions held included GM roles with full P&L responsibility for facilities ranging from 100 to 350 staff; Spells as Business Development Director and Sales and Commercial Director for an International Flight Catering business; and Strategy and Integration Director for a UK Flight Catering Joint Venture with over 18 locations and a combined turnover of £350m + and over 3,500 staff.
