With over 30 years’ senior finance and IT experience, Stephen is a specialist in financial and commercial decision making.

In his long and illustrious career, Stephen has worked with a range of companies in the IT, transport, metal stockholding and automotive and airline catering sectors, culminating as Finance Director of a £300m airline services in the UK where he built a reputation for detailed and incisive analysis, sound decision making and straight talking advice. 

Management of large shared service teams have gone alongside corporate and operational strategy work.

Experienced in both the acquisition and integration phases of joint ventures and mergers, Stephen has a wide understanding of business change and development.

Stephen now provides bespoke consultancy services through his company Powick Business Solutions Ltd.
