Will is an experienced Board Director having served in businesses with annual revenues between £20m and £450m. As a commercially focused finance director, he gained extensive experience in the supply chain, manufacturing, food services and hospitality sectors within multi-cultural businesses across four continents.

 

In a career spanning over 20 years, he worked on various complex change programs such as a turnaround, integrating newly acquired businesses and merging multiple brands into one. He also led teams through periods of rapid growth, entered new markets and drove cost saving initiatives in high volume low margin businesses whilst ensuring the right finance is in place to support the business strategy.

 

With real-life experience in-the-trenches, implementing ERP and business information systems, standardising, optimising and automating processes, Will has seen first-hand how these changes can create exponential benefit within an organisation. The ability to shift resources from mundane repetitive tasks to problem solving, creativity and empathy combined with access to right information at the right time would be critical as the transition towards a digital economy gathers pace.
He established Quartus Gain to provide businesses with independent advice and help them develop and implement their automation strategy. Will is a member of the ACCA and holds certifications in digital transformation and service automation.
